Je possède deux lampes umage silvia. Je suis complètement déçue de la version mini. Après 1 an et demi, malgré l'utilisation d'une ampoule conseillée par la marque pour ce modèle en question, les pétales sont complètement recroquevillées et tordues. J'avais choisi la couleur dorée, et la couche de couleur se décolle des pétales. Je ne peux donc rien faire pour arranger le problème. Certes nous pouvons racheter les pétales à part, mais pour une marque qui prône la durabilité pour le respect de l'environnement c'est très dommage. Jeter les pétales en plastique pour en racheter des neuves tous les 2 ans, ça n'a rien de respectueux pour l'environnement. Donc je suis très déçue, car j'adorais cette lampe mais je n'ai pas pu en profiter très longtemps.

Ordered new leaves for a 6 yo Carmina. So happy that the lamp and parts are still available!!! Great communication and tracking once the product shipped. Happy day.

I like the form of the chairs I've ordered and I'd order more, however I cannot use the ones I received because of missing parts. Waited for several weeks for them to arrive from the day of payment, and I still have to buy a chair from a different place to sit on as these are not usable. Contacted customer support, no reply. Disappointing experience. UPDATE: after multiple emails and the review, I was sent and received the missing parts just recently, first days of August. On paper, this design probably looks better than it was during the assembly. Customer are let down by the engineering side of this design: Time Flies chair construction could use some quality control in production and probably design. Bolts should be at least 5 mm longer and not crooked. It's a mistake that chairs are sold on discount, they shouldn't be sold at all. One chair is still unassembled as two engineers couldn't finish it.

Dieser Einkauf hat einfach nur Freude gemacht. Die Lieferung per Spedition war sehr gut kommuniziert, pünktlich und schnell. Der Aufbau unseres neuen Tv-sideboards ging rasch und kinderleicht. Alles passte ohne Nachbesserung, es fehlten keine Teile und zudem ist das ganze einfach wertig hergestellt. Richtig klasse. Wir werden noch sehr lange Freude an dem neuen Möbelstück haben. UMAGE jederzeit wieder!

Wonderful experience with Umage. Three lamps were sent within a couple of days from Denmark to Italy. Beautiful packaging, great products. For the assembly of the lamps be sure to calmly follow the YouTube tutorial.
