Je n’ai encore rien reçu .. On paye plus cher que sur d’autres sites pour avoir un envoi en 7 jours mais les délais ne sont pas tenus. La livraison est faite par Schenker - une catastrophe pour avoir un suivi du paquet ! Commande reçue en retard. Très heureuse de ma table ! Très jolie et super facile à monter mais il est nécessaire de revoir le mode de livraison ..

Terrible customer Service! I placed an order (mirror with a small cabinet) on 22 May and had nothing since (no info and no purchased good)! I wrote emails and tried to contact you via Chat. Email is obviously dead end, so I can't even cancel the order. The Lady in chat replied that she will get back to me with the info, but she just disappeared as well and didn't reply anymore! Do something! Order #15551 Update:14.06 Immediately after this review they contacted me per email saying that they supposedly wrote to me. Which is untrue! They also delete my Chat conversation! And in the end just canceld the order themselves (although the message says that this is my request) 🤦‍♀️ Reason: all colors of the good out of stock... Pam-param... I need to justify that this is not my first time buying staff from Umage, and it was good before. But now this is unacceptably bad experience

Product „Treasure 3 doors“ looks great. Assembly was easy, not 40 minutes as indicated, more like 2 hours for 1 person. Good instruction manual. Shipping took 6 working days from Denmark to Switzerland, a bit more than stated on website, and we were only informed by carrier when he was already outside the house, so nobody was there. update: changed to 3 stars as I now received an invoice from the carrier for more than 100 CHF for duties and tax. Totally unexpected, nothing was announced onsite when I ordered. Overall bad communication.

La lámpara es muy bonita pero el sistema de ensamblaje es endeble y no trae ni siquiera el casquillo de la bombilla.

J'étais enchantée du meuble TV. Mais les chaises beaucoup moins, les trous ne sont pas toujours exactement en face. L'emballage des vis sous blister est déplorable il faut plus de temps pour les déballer que pour monter la chaise. Très déçue cette fois.

Wir haben drei Umage Lampen und haben kürzlich unser Wohnzimmer umgestylt. Daher einen Ersatz-Satz Blätter in black für unsere kleine Silvia nachbestellt. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, toller dänischer Style.

I received great support from the sales representative, who helped me update the shipping adress, which i mistakingly put in wrong in the original order. I would hoveder expect at this price, that the shipping company they choose to use is able to help with getting the package inside, when you order a table shipped in a box measuring 1,6m x 1,6m, and weighing in excess of 60kg!

Umage jazz: no customer service what so ever. Jazz lamp shade broke first thing when assembling and no response from the company for proceeds.

J'ai commandé une lampe le 10 mars 2024, le paiement a accepté, j"ai été débité et la lampe est toujours notée "en transit" depuis le 11 mars ! Je n'ai rien reçu. J'ai envoyé plusieurs messages à Umage en français et en anglais et je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse ! Je suis très déçu

Great products. I have lighting solutions from Umage in 2 of my houses and for sure will keep using the brand in future. Tasteful minimalistic designs. Creates great ambiance at home. I am a big fan for a few years already :)
