There should be a zero score, for liars and worst ever customer service. They confirmed my online order and processed payment right away. Then cancelled the next day for no reason but provided only partial refund. So I have no product and they still have part of my money, 100% their error and they won't even acknowledge.

I make my dogs food and I’m glad I found Nutra Pet I travel often and the freeze dried pet food is prefect for travel. She loves it and I know she getting the best. Thank you. Just wish it would ship faster.

order was delayed have not heard one thing from you hows about a update

I put in my order on January 30, got an email on February 4 that the order would be delayed. It's now February 15 and I have heard nothing, nor have I received my order yet. Super frustrating and I don't want to buy different dog food to tide my dog over. So irritated.

As of this date Feb. 15th, I have yet to receive an order # ORD-080551196 / UP2478582 which was placed on Jan. 30th. I have sent several Emails regarding when I can expect delivery and have received no reply. I did receive a notification on Feb 4th that there was a delay in shipment. No reason for the delay was given. You did not waste time in posting my credit card charge, but I'm still waiting.

I have not received my bag

Orders take too long, they don’t have enough in stock to place orders to ship them out in a timely fashion. When calling customer service, wait time for me was 30 minutes. They say they have a live chat, can’t find it. No way to cancel orders unless you forward email, and they are not be answered till two days later. Not happy. Poor set up, and disorganized.

I thought this was a decent size bag of dog food. Irresponsible am9unts to a bag of freeze dried toppers. I.0aid 80 dollars for three bags that are 16 Oz. Very deceiving

I like reading the articles. My only complaint is the chicken packages were crumbled and not in the small squares like the beef. My now 18 month old puppy is spoiled on freeze dried food.

My dog's coat is amazing since being on Ultimate Pet Nutrition. Before, his hair was thin and now it's thick and fluffy. Also it is helping to regulate his chronic diarrhea.

About the food I’m feeding with the Nutra Complete beef My Dog is happy and healthy so far hope is keeping in this way I’m thrusting this product especially because I believe Dr. Gary Richter love animals as a experienced Veterinary

I love everything about this dog food, but having a bit of a problem getting Scout to switch over. I mixed to start it off, but am having a challenge. He almost seems to like it without the water added Not giving up!
