When I first read about Ultimate Pet Nutrition, our old 17 year old mini-wire haired Daschund was going downhill fast. She suffered from diarhea and was acting weaker and weaker so my wife and I thought we were going to lose her at any time. We had made our own dog food ever since we got her, back in 2008. Our pevious dog had been given good food, or so we thought, and we had tried to buy her the best quality dog food we could find in the stores, as well as plenty of treats that she really liked. Sadly, the other dog died from cancer and other complications in early 2008 and I did not want to get another one. That is when my cousin from a town 70 miles away happened to stop by and they had too many dogs so they wanted to leave Penney, who was 2 years old with us. I wasn't over the other one yet, but I could see my wife wanted her, so I said O.K. Anyway, that is when we decided to make our own dog food which we did for the last 15 years or so. Then she got sick with intestinal problems and we did not know what to do since we had been taking her to the vet and he didn't know what her problem was either. That is when I happened to see the ad from Ultimate Pet Nutrition and I mentioned to my wife that I was going to order some of the dried dog food from them and see what happened. In about a week we received it and immediately started giving Penney small amounts with her home made dog food and she seemed to like it. In fact, she gobbled it up quickly. After she ate it for a week or so, we noticed her diahrea stopped and she began to act friskier and even got back to her playful self again. We were very suprised and happy that we found this company. So, I ordered 3 bags and Penney continued to improve and eat heartily and she still does, however, I started to run out of the food from Ultimate Pet Nutrition and couldn't get any more because their shipment didn't arrive on time. So I ordered the Pork dog food in the 5 oz package just to see if Penney liked it as well as the beef. Guess what, she gobbled it up even faster! So I tried the Chicken and likewise, our old dog ate it with gusto. Then, I ordered some more, but it became unavailable. So I tried to order the Pork, but it was out of stock. So, I tried to order the beef again, and it too was out of stock and we ran out of food so I had to go to the pet food store and try to read the ingredient list on several of their packaged dog food, but sadly, I could not find anything that compared with the food I was getting from Ultimeate Pet Nutrition. So, I had to buy some of what they had and hope that Ultimate Pet Nutrition can get stocked up again. Well, I took the new dog food home and Penney looked at me as if to say, "You expect me to eat that stuff?" Well, I had to do something so until I can get more food from Ultimate Pet, she will have to make do with what I can find. I noticed just this morning that Ultimate Pet has some more of the beef in stock, so I ordered more but it takes about a week to get it so, hopefully, Penney witl forgive me and eat what I got for a few days until my order gets here from Ultimate Pet Nutrition. We keep thinking, How much longer will she keep going, but with good dog food like Ultimate Pet Nutrition puts out, she might outlive us. We are both old people, so one never knows. Anyway, thank you to Ultimate Pet Nutrition for making our old dog feel younger again and that makes us feel younger too! I gave them a four star rating because until they get the production problem fixed where the dog food is made, it remains 'iffy' whether one can get what one's dog orders.

My 12 1/2 year old Havenese has Coushings disease. The only sugestion my vet had was $ 150.00 a month meds and frequent expencive blood work. I started feeding Ultimate pet. late last year. . She is still sick. but most of the symptoms are improving. The hair has even grown back on her tail. we are able to take short walks. she still is very over wt. But I have hope that she will continue to get a little better. And if she could eat Bison Bits all day she would be a very happy camper. thank you for this product.

We have a 13 year old Cavalier/Poodle mix who is an absolute fuss pot when it comes to her food. She was on a salmon based prescription kibble that she once likes but over the past 10 years we have had to enhance it with treat pieces or chicken to get her to eat. It has been a week since we offered her the Nutro food and she has been gobbling it up. So far so good.

My dogs LOVE the food! My very picky Yorkie does a happy dance when it’s meal time😂😂. They are happy and active and I feel good knowing they are getting the best nutrition!

Nutra thrive and feline renew are the reasons for my cats great health and shiny coats. My cats contracted feline distemper when they underwent surgery a few years ago. It took several weeks of medications and antibiotics but they didn't recover very quickly until I gave them nutra thrive. They regained their vitality, health and strength after spending a large sum in veterinary expenses. Feline renew restored their luxurious coats to a new level of healthy shine and softness. I will forever use these products.

My dogs do very well eating Nutri Complete from Ultimate Pet Nutrition. They don't get diarrhea with this food like they do with Instinct Raw food or Dr Marty's Pet raw dog food. This is my 3rd big order and I will continue giving this to my dogs along with their other dog food. I want my dogs to be healthy as possible without costing an arm and a leg.

This dog food is amazing! It does everything it claims to do. My 7 year old Shorkie "Rocky" is more energetic, his itching has been greatly reduced, and literally, his poop doesn't stink! Thank you Ultimate Pet Nutrition for improving my dog's overall well-being!

you have bone shards in your food that could kill small dogs. i have to grind each piece to make sure there are no bone shards. none of my other dog food with ground bone has shards in them.

I have two shelter dogs age 18, that were tired of their dry food. We were adding table scraps to entice their eating. Out of frustration and desperation I order this brand. Since serving this new food, they eat every bit, every time and seem to show more energy and presence. It cost more than what I’d been buying, but I can’t put a price on their new level of interest in eating. We all understand the alternative of not eating. I’d say this food is especially good for older dogs, and that’s been my experience. Who doesn’t like a good meal?

I believe in Dr. Gary so I bought his food for my 8 year old miniature schnauzer. His name is Cream Cheese (it's a long story). He just loves it! I'm hoping it will help him stop the itching and biting, so far no change but I'll keep him on it a little longer. I mix it with canned wet food because he has some bad teeth.

I've been asked to review a product that just shipped & hasn't been received let alone evaluated. Here's my feeling about caring more for reviews & stars than real customer satisfaction. One star.

I was with your company years ago for my pit bull. She needed the hip and joint med which seemed to keep her more comfortable and I used it for next dog when she developed it. I have been happy to get letters from them at times. The cats did not like the Nutra thrive. I've been giving new dog baked sweet potato and she loves it. Saw that on your video.
