Ordering was a simple process I’m just starting to change my dog over and I already see the difference in his attitude and disposition. He loves the food, especially the beef flavored. 10

Really wish came in bigger bags, I have a 70# pit who loves the food but a bag last only 3 days and it’s to expensive to buy these little bags every few weeks !

The food made my dog sick.

When ordering, had to get new password, which was very easy, and had begun the process of paying through PayPal, but ended up paying with a credit card..so it appeared I had ordered twice. Called and spoke to a representative with your company, and she fixed the issue for me..I notified PayPal also, and they quickly saw what had occurred, and cancelled my payment through them. Easy peezy.

I recently changed directly over to the food. I was just doing it as a bit of a topper but I see my corgi loves it more so now I do this as his food. We do the beef with a little water Jerry loves it. Highly recommend this.

My dog is unable to digest any dog food without Nutrathrive. It has been a lifesaver for her. I recently, due to an oversight, ran out of it, and my dog within two weeks got so sick. My Cockapoo mix definitely 💕the taste of all your freeze dried products. Tried mixing it with other brand dog food to stretch her meals but she won’t have it. Her bowels are great. No stinky breath either.💕💕💕💕Ty

I had to find something my dog would eat. She is a Chorkey half chawawa and half Yorkey. She doesn't like any dog food or people food. She does not like steak or chicken. The only thing she will eat is those treats that are sticks with chicken wrapped around it. But when she eats to many of them she gets constipated. So I tried the Ultimate Pet food that is freezed dryed,, and she eats it. And her poops are much better. So I've been giving her your food ever since. Thank you for this food it's the only one she'll eat. And a bag of it last her a long time.

Product is great. Buying process SUCKS! The product is great, you don't have to resort to fooling people into buying more than they need. For this reason, I will not purchase from you again, unless you change the process.

The pork dog food often arrives in powder form. This is a waste because my dog won’t eat it unless it’s still solid pieces. I’ve also been unhappy with the lack of response on a missing shipment that I requested to be delivered to my daughter’s address. It never arrived and I emailed your team to find out what the order’s status was. I haven’t heard back in 24 hours. I also called but was on hold for way too long and hung up.

1 of my orders were backordered,so I was given a 15% off next order. Only problem with that is it doesn't allow me to apply when checking out. Called and was advised the 15% is only good on online orders. So it has never been used since I can't apply it anywhere.
