Ordered dog food, they took the money from my account. Got an email saying my order was delayed. 2 weeks go by, no update on my order and no dog food delivered. I am very disappointed since this is the 3rd time I have ordered from them.

Shipping was slow. Product does not attract my puppy.

Your customer service is wonderful. There's no problem getting to speak to a person (that you can understand) and is patient and helpful. They are informative and actually want to help you. This can be a rarity in today's world.

My dogs love this food! I Like how it ships automatically, and how there are a few meats to choose. I do find the product to be a little out or our price range, so I am not sure how long term my family can afford this food. I do understand you get what you pay for, so I am doing my best to make this food stretch for our budget.

BAIT & SWITCH!!!! I have to wonder how many reviews here were made before second shipment arrived. Our first shipment was a great product. Second shipment (which took forever to arrive) was nothing like the first. Clearly a BAIT & SWITCH. The bag is about HALF FULL OF CRUMBS!! Ultimate pet will accept the return, (bless their hearts) but refuse to pay for return shipping. I never would approve or purchase such a crappy product. Why are customers responsible to pay return shipping on BAIT & SWITCH. This company is unethical. Clear case of BAIT & SWITCH. I'll be contacting my bank to dispute charges. DO NOT SUBCRIBE. They promise 'subscribers' their orders will be filled in a timely manner when in fact they ARE NOT! Liars.

My cats are old, and I think since they started taking product - they are healthier. They are 17 and 18 and weight (fat one 17 pounds - skinner one 7 lbs. hairy balls all over). I cut them off and on, but he does not seem to be bothered with them. Thanks, for coming up with the product - I feel like I am doing something good for my cats. May

My dog loves this food. I was worried she was not getting proper nutrition with other foods. Her discharge around the eyes is so much better

The food is great but when it comes it is smashed not whole bits my dogs won’t eat the fine crumbs that is the only reason I did not give a 5 stars Thank you

Our dogs love the food... supply issues are atrocious. Product never arrives on time, hard to determine how much to order not knowing when next order will arrive. Considering going to another provider

I purchased their Nutra Complete and Nutra Thrive product and really like them both. Their products are very expensive but I can see positive results in my 11 year old pom. He doesn't love the taste but he will eat it. The first time I ordered, it was a smooth experience. When I tried to re-order, they were out of stock of the Nutra Complete product so I just ordered Dr. Marty's. This is a great opportunity to see if there is a difference between the two.
