It didn't come with a battery charger. When I contacted planet tools they did not respond to my email.

I needed a stick pump to divert water following the recent flooding and snow. I was hesitant as the price was much cheaper than elsewhere however it was with me the next day without having to pay for special delivery. Outstanding service and will probably use them again
