Ellie was really helpful locating the tools I brought and dpd eventually found the crane yard that you can't miss. Tools have turned up all look good but haven't had a chance to check them out fully yet but look well packaged.

Not a great company to deal with when you have a problem, I avoid and shop elsewhere customer service is non existent. Edit: managed to speak to customer service and explain in more depth. They said the item would be tested for defects (provided a prepaid returns label). Didn’t hear anything back if faulty or just over estimated performance by Milwaukee (not planet tools.) have shopped a few times before and left 5* had no issues with the purchase was fast and efficient service and better prices than some. I’ve notice I now have a refund, Would probably use again
Item received opened, was no where near the power quoted. Used for less than 1min return was refused even tho it is in pristine condition without a mark. Brought previously from this company but never again. AVOID!
They sent the wrong item, then they had to review their CCTV to find out what happened. It was down to me to send back the wrong item and then they would send the correct item out to me once received the incorrect order. The fiasco took over two weeks. No compensation or apology. Definitely wouldn’t order from them again.
