The ceramic heater I received had a switch missing. It took a while to resolve as aphoto was needed which I couldn't supply. It took a while but I did get a replacement and a Post Office label to return. The replacement works well

Quick delivery and a great price for my 5 Step Aluminium Ladder, would definitely recommend UK Planet Tools. They do creak quite a bit but I guess that is due to the fact they are Aluminium.

Items arrived promptly but there was an issue with one of the tools supplied. Did take a couple of emails to resolve but full refund was received.
Item leaked gas on every joint.Once joints seal the fire worked. Very flimsy
