Good customer service, in a world where every company thinks so can solve problems, this is one company that actually lets a human deal with things. Mine was an issue caused by a courier, that needed human to sort it, and they did. I got calls and emails. It was resolved as quick as could be reasonably possible. For this reason I will always use them, even if the price is slightly more, it’s worth paying for a supplier that actually offers customer service!
