Avoid this company at all costs. They mess up your profiles and job prospects and categorically refuse to respond to requests for support. They ignore email requests. They ignore phone calls. From the moment you apply for jobs with tutoring organisations, TutorCruncher will cause you stress by constant bugs and website failures and there is absolutely nothing you can do about, since TutorCruncher just aren't interested and cannot be bothered. UPDATE: I have just received a threatening message from Trustpilot, requesting that I reveal my identity to TutorCruncher and that I have 2 days to do so. This is a worrying development. I have also finally received a response from TutorCruncher. This response was very abusive and resorted to calling me names, saying that they do not have to respond to customers. I can provide a copy of this email upon request. Now, TutorCruncher are attempting bully and intimidate me by demanding my details. I will not provide these details for my own protection. It would seem that Trustpilot are NOT impartial either and favour companies who provide fake positive reviews, since they sent the request from a `noreply' Trustpilot email address, thus preventing me from responding.

I've worked with TutorCruncher a few times in the past and I'm always extremely impressed with their level of expertise and service. The system itself is a dream to use and I would recommend it to any company looking to run a tutoring company! Integrating TC into a website is especially great.

I cannot recommend TutorCruncher more highly. I have spent many many hours on the telephone to them (I am a luddite) and their patience, clarity and all-round helpfulness is incomparable. My team and I both feel that the service they provide is second to none. The platform itself is simple, easy and extremely efficient: if only TutorCruncher would roll out to every aspect of my life, and take admin off my hands entirely. TutorCruncher is also responsive to suggested changes, and always make us - their client - feel valued.

For the cost, the value is excellent. I would simply keep tabs of clients and students via email and texts. With TC, I love the automated invoicing, billing and payment integration. The support is personalised and very helpful and hands on. I had been wondering for a while how I could afford to pay designers to integrate tutor profiles and link them to clients and automated forms, etc. TutorCruncher does all this. And their costs are very fairly scaled according to the size of your business. A God-send! UPDATE - after the honeymoon period wore off problems mounted. Unfortunately, they made a new policy where you could only get text support unless you pay a hefty monthly fee. And they only guarantee 48 hour response time. So this is frustrating. My agency charges clients in advance. The system is awkward in dealing with these 'credit requests' as often It is complicated to marry such payments with the automatic invoices that go out after every lesson. I've lost at least 2 clients who hated TC due to the complicated nature of understanding balances, invoices and credit requests.

TutorCruncher is a fairly extraordinary, and indeed, expansive, multi faceted business management software that has helped us out no end dealing with a high volume of clients, administration and invoicing. I'd recommend it wholeheartedly as a tool for managing any sort of business in the education sector and beyond. Furthermore, the team themselves are excellent - constantly responsive to any feedback from us and giving us a full lowdown every time they update or make changes (which in themselves always feel a direct response to user feedback). Their customer service is second to none and their response time is immediate. Highly recommend.

The experience of Tutorcruncher has been extremely positive. The guys have been great - helping me whenever I have needed it - not that there has been too much needed. The software is easy and simple to use. Invoicing is easy and makes record keeping a doddle. The resources / documents page is a great addition - meaning my clients can access resources I put there for them - enabling learning to continue even when the tutoring session has finished.

I am happy with my use of TC as it has been invaluable for my business getting off the ground. There are issues that I am still waiting to fix, but hopefully these will be sorted. These concern TC's link with Xero and the difficulty of manually importing data from TC to Xero. I have also had problems with the 'Amount Owed' to a tutor reading wrongly. It would be useful to have a chart that shows directly how much each tutor has worked and earned on a monthly basis.

I'm an owner of Athena Tuition- one of London's main tutoring agencies. I massively recommend the use of Tutorcruncher for any aspiring tutoring agency, because it simplifies or fully automates almost all the day to day functions you perform. As a new tutoring agency, you might not really appreciate how valuable it is, but let me explain in short: we've been using it since a few months after we started, but I wish we had used it from inception. I could almost guarantee that they will build and improve their tutoring agency software faster than you can as an individual business, so if you're smart you will tap into that massive amount of work that they've already done as soon as possible.

I have used many different CRM systems, but TutorCruncher is by far one of the most user-friendly that I have come across. It is set out in a very logical manner, and there are always staff on hand to help you when you have queries. Every facet of tutoring has really been well thought through, from invoice management, to logging hours and keeping track of clients. I would thoroughly recommend this system; it really is an excellent asset for anyone working in this field.

Excellent software - makes logging hours as a tutor very easy as well as being able to keep on top of invoices, lessons, upcoming appointments, travel expenses, applying for jobs etc. It's also very easy to edit and change so if you make a mistake you can easily correct it

Made the whole process a lot easier from start to finish. Invoicing, CV generating, job bidding - the works. An impressive means of cutting the admin down to the bare minimum.
