Tutorcruncher has really helped me organise and grow my tuition business. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there isn’t currently the functionality to take BACS payments and split the payments.

Made the switch to an employment business tuition model a few months ago and it has been a great experience with TutorCruncher so far! Personalised service from a team who care and keen to get you up and running and growing. Fair ongoing costs when you see the potential it offers.

This platform is revolutionary!

We joined Tutor Cruncher a couple of months ago now. I've been really impressed with the system itself, which should cut down quite a bit of admin time for us. The support staff have also been very helpful in getting us up and running. It's also invaluable that they are ensuring that they create a legally compliant system. There are a couple of outstanding issues which TC are working to resolve. It is also quite costly for us to use TC, and we would be grateful if this feedback could be taken on board. Nevertheless, it is a solid system for tutor referral agencies and they seem open to continual development.

I've been using TutorCruncher as my customer management system for about 2-3 months now after switching from TutorBird. I switched because TutorBird makes it almost impossible for a tuition agency to comply with UK law. I am really glad I switched. Handling payment to my other tutors is so much easier and the system is just so much more complete. It has really enabled to scale up my business, whilst simultaneously reducing my workload.

Makes life so much easier for me as a small business. I thought cost would be an issue which is why I didn’t set up until a year into running the business - I wish I’d set it up from day 1! It’s affordable - based on usage and would have given me time to grow the business. Anyway, very glad it’s managing all my admin now. And split payments helps keep us under the Vat threshold too! Win win
