I use tutor cruncher as a tutor myself, I find it very easy to navigate and transparent. The only scope for improvement I can see is when scheduling lessons, if there was an automatic 1 hr lesson button that would be great as picking the start and end times is the most time consuming part of the task.

I've only used TutorCruncher for a short while but am already impressed with it. Many excellent features and, once you get the hang of it, fairly easy to use. For anyone starting out, I'd highly recommend the Product Demonstration vid on the TutorCruncher Youtube channel as a headstart as it can be a bit overwhelming at first but for anything else, the support team is usually very responsive and get back to you in record time.
