I had ordered and still not heard 10 days later, missing the delivery date, I phoned them only for them to tell me they were out of stock and wouldn’t have known had she not looked t my order, however I got the choice to order different ones which were nothing like the ones I ordered but needs must, the ribbon was tiny and the medals cheap looking,
My order was supposed to arrive 12/12/2024 but it still hasn’t come and I haven’t had any further updates on my order.

Wow! My experience was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. I ordered some medals for our end of year tennis awards, thinking I would give them out to our under 11s. However, the teenagers also loved them so I ordered some more, and they arrived the very next day complete with engraving on the back. Would thoroughly recommend this company and will certainly be using again for all our trophies and medals at the tennis club. Thank you.
