Really pleased with the order! But what really impressed was the customer service received. Original item hadn’t been received- so an email sent to company on Friday 20th December, lunchtime. Within an hour they had responded- the tracking apparently indicated original parcel lost in transit so they would arrange a replacement. I received confirmation from the courier by the end of the day that item had been despatched & would be delivered the following day. It was delayed 24hrs (understandable, at this busy time of year) but item has now been delivered, on a Sunday evening & just over 48 hrs after original query to the company. Excellent service, especially as item was personalised as well! Would definitely recommend!

Ordered trophy, unfortunately didn't arrive, contacted Trophy plus medals ltd. They arranged replacement next day delivery. Can't argue with that. Brilliant.
