Ordered 6 x small Smiley face trophies a few days before Christmas and paid extra (£19.99!!) for quick delivery which i thought was a bit steep. Chased once via email and customer service quick to respond. Arrived on time and packed well. Paint finish on yellow smiley face wasn't great but good enough for my needs... only paid around a fiver for each one so didn't expect them to be perfect. One had a bespoke design which I had uploaded online and this was printed perfectly with good finish. On the whole, a good experience and would deffo use again.

Outstanding customer service. The trophies were ordered for delivery on the 24th of December and as of 29th there is no sign of them. They were swallowed up in the delivery system. After a few phone calls and messages Laura not only got our trophies remade but also had them delivered next day in-time for our awards show. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
