Sent the wrong item on my first order! Wouldn’t let me exchange it, I had to make a complete new order to get what I needed. Been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks! Customer service not that good either

An excellent engraved trophy (as usual) and very promptly delivered. The only concern I have is the poor packaging it was delivered in - I am surprised it was not damaged in transit. With better packaging I would have given 5 stars.
