Tritility is a business energy consultancy. We help businesses throughout the UK to take control of their utilities, saving money, saving time and cutting carbon. We’re experts in your three main utilities - business electricity, business gas and business water (hence the Tri in our name). We take the time to understand your needs and priorities, securing you the most suitable contracts and advising on efficiency, cost reduction and conservation. We’ll provide tools to visualise your usage, and take on the day-to-day management of your utilities, leaving you with more control, and more time to focus on growing your business.

Danielle Walters helped to resolve my issues with YU Energy. A previous employee had been the authority on the account and had left without a handover resulting in YU energy refusing to communicate with the Business....

Avoid avoid avoid! This company is highly fraudulent. Whoever wrote these glowing reviews of this company is either Tritility or someone not in the loop of real energy rates. We’ve got an ongoing battle with Tritility.

I had a visit from Ricky Forlenza to help with my Change of tenancy as he helped me with other businesses. He took control of everything and made the situation so easy. He was with us a few hours and not only helped with utilities but other aspects of the business which was really helpful. I would recommend Ricky and Tritility to any business owners.

A personable, professional supportive team who are prepared to go the extra mile to help. I am new in my post and their help and advice to sort out a utilities problem has been amazing. I would recommend them whole heartedly.

Since we combined our utility portfolio with the assistance of Tritility we haven't looked back. We have successfully completed several smart meter installs, dealt with long standing charge queries and we are also able to pick their brain whenever we have an issue. Sam Butcher, Paul Donnelly and Claire Tempest are the super team I have had the pleasure of working with for a few years now and we at The Dulwich Estate look forward to many more.

The Trility staff I dealt with, i.e. Liam Treanor & Andrew Dawson, were both very helpful, courteous and effective. They thoroughly answered any questions I had, however naive, and were very prompt in answering my phone calls or emails. The benefits and costs of the electricity and gas contracts we signed up for were clearly explained, including the fees that the broker will earn in the future. A really well organised company, Stephen, David and James were brilliant at arranging long term contracts for our energy supplies that were due for renewal, even better was they were able to help with problems I had with our existing supplier that I had been trying to deal with for months.

At first i was very impressed with Tritility , I had 2 business which both needed the electricity contracts renewing, contact was good and they got the best rate for me. However then I had issues where it wasn't set up correctly and my original point of contact wasn't replying. After several months I lost all patience until Anthony Potts took over my complaint. Within 48 hours it had all been resolved. He kept me informed via regular phone calls and emails of what stage he was at and has renewed my faith in Tritility, so much so I will be going back to them when the renewal comes around.

Had trouble from someone pretending to be phoning from my energy company. Phoned my Broker and spoke to Stef. She was extremely helpful and put my mind at rest. Phoned my energy company for me to check on things. Had another phone call from another no today, again pretending to be my energy company. Stef looking into it.
