I dealt with Anya Barron and Cassandra Price, who organised new gas and electricity contracts for my organisation They were very patient and understanding, I work in an organisation that deals with people in Crisis so I wasn't always available and didn't immediately provide the information they required. I believe they procured the best costs and for a charity on a limited budget cost is very important

I am disappointed that my questions have not been answered or have they followed up with the help they promised before we signed up with them. However they seem to have gotten us a very good contract which is appreciated. As we are not from the UK this energy selection process is a nightmare.
