Tritility is a business energy consultancy. We help businesses throughout the UK to take control of their utilities, saving money, saving time and cutting carbon. We’re experts in your three main utilities - business electricity, business gas and business water (hence the Tri in our name). We take the time to understand your needs and priorities, securing you the most suitable contracts and advising on efficiency, cost reduction and conservation. We’ll provide tools to visualise your usage, and take on the day-to-day management of your utilities, leaving you with more control, and more time to focus on growing your business.

I was really pleased with the service that I had from Anya, Harry and Cassie. Cassie was particularly patient with my constant questions and queries and 'went the extra mile' to get a good deal for our organisation. I got a phone call out of the blue which under normal circumstances would end quickly from people who operate in a call centre trying to sell me stuff. This call was different as it felt more personal. I agreed for the lads to give me a quote for our electric. Soon I was offered a deal that will keep me happy for almost 5 years. Keith and Jack left no stone unturned in regards to keeping me happy all the way through the process. Keith showed interest in us and sent some very nice flowers for my wife who was recovering from an operation. I would recommend this company because they made me feel special whilst ticking all the boxes. The process was pretty quick and painless. Lads you have earned 5 stars from. With CNG going into collapse i would like to thank Trility who came to my rescue, Thank you to Sam Butcher and Nick Pierson who not only managed to get the best price for both gas and electricity for our club, they also made the whole change of suppliers painless leaving me to carry on with otherother business.

After getting the shocking news that our current gas supplier was going out of business and our new contract not due to start until the New Year I spoke to Michael Morgan in the customer services team at Tritility. He quickly contacted both our current supplier and new supplier and managed to bring forward the start date of our new contact. Just took a phone call on my part and Michael did the rest.

She has been handling a few different issues/requests for our office's account and makes things happen so quickly, follows up and updates regularly on the progress of things. Harry went out of his way to help me, after a year of banging my head off the wall trying to get a gas meter fitted. he took all the stress away , I’m happy to say I’m now getting h a new meter in 10 days , and was very professional a listened to what I needed , He also got me a really good deal on my gas I would highly recommend Harry ,

Would highly recommend Steve. I get hundreds of these types of calls, some of them just rude and some downright pushy. Steve was informative, helpful, attentive & persistent without being rude or pushy. I am in the process of streamlining our contracts with them

contacted by Nick at Tritility regarding our Social Club utilities. I found him to be a very helpful and informative person. He passed me over to Keith who again was very helpful and chatty. He advised us on what was best for our clubs energy supplies especially into todays climate. They were both able to get us the best deal possible. I would say that this was a very positive outcome. I would recommend this company on these two guys attitude and helpfulness

I felt he was very helpful and helped us get back some money owed to us for the ccl and vat. we agreed a fixed rate contract to take us up to 2026.
