I am reviewing a quick conversation with Alex Gibson regarding an interesting power cut last week. He called back efficiently & with alacrity informing me that 52 other properties were also affected in my area, and gave me the details of my supply company. He advised it should be working by 2, and it was. :-) All very pleasant experience. I just had a couple of mature ladies wanting to use the lift and see when using the toilets! (Lift and Ladies lights not working).
After a forced switch due to CNG ceasing trading we switched our gas supply with Tritility & experienced a few issues with the previous supplier. Ally at Tritility helped sort out the issues, no hesitation. I would highly recommend them

5 Star service. Matthew Paxton could not have done anymore than he did. We had a meter stopped with British Gas then bills sent through at the wrong tariff. Matthew Paxton helped us getting a complaint put through and a new tariff sorted for when ours ends. Would highly recommend him helped our company no end.
We have dealt with Tritility for past 2 business energy renewals and have found them to very helpful. Both Phil and Gavin have been extremely supportive and have regularly kept me up to date with what is happening with the current energy rates. I would highly recommend them although sometimes as with all energy company/brokers sometimes the number of calls can be excessive but I suppose this is part and parcel of the process. I will defo go through them in the first instance for my next renewal review.
We've been using Tritility for some time and they were always efficient. Recently they've really had to earn their keep, we had a really strange situation with our energy provider which I doubt I could have sorted myself, however Ally at Tritility was relentless and kept on the Energy providers back until it was sorted. I can't thank them enough, it really takes the headache out of dealing with energy companies.

Energy renewal Both Scott and Johnny were very helpful and knowledgeable about the market and product availability. Whilst the market was challenging they managed to make a considerable saving on what Scottish Gas quoted.
