I switched to Tritility as I had problems with another company. Michael and Debbie have worked really hard to sort me out. All the contracts are now in place. Where some companies would sit back and forget you existed both Michael and Debbie contact me on a monthly basis to see if all is going well. They will also sort out any issues I have from not understanding an invoice to reminding me about meter readings which they submit on my behalf preventing estimated invoices. The directors of Tritility should be proud of their staff.
Michael gates again has gone above and beyond to sort energy and gas contracts for my new business location. From arranging our change of tenancy, at lightning speed and swapping the water supply all in one or two quick calls. We have also been over billed from a water retailer, Michael has been able to arrange refunds with his tenacious attitude and not letting things lie to try and help Arcade club.
