We finally decided to order our dream Christmas tree, the year there is transportation issues. We worked with the employees of Treetime, they did everything in their power to make that dream happen but it just wasn’t to be. This team was always pleasant and thoughtful to work with. We look forward to many years with our February Christmas tree. We will definitely continue to have Treetime be our holiday company, the employees made what could have been a crummy experience tolerable. Thank you!

I ordered an ornament for my husband for Christmas from you. I never received it. I called to have it replaced and no one would help me. Not helpful at all and now I spent almost $20 for nothing. Not acceptable customer service

Big delay due to supply chain issues, so I didn’t get my tree until mid-January. They kept me updated and called me PERSONALLY when my order shipped, thanking me for my patience. I’ll do business with them again and have referred my family and friends.

Very nice white tree and perfect size for a kitchen tree. We have purchased a big tree from this company before and were very pleased also. They cost a bit more but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Finally decided to go with an artificial tree after 40+ years of buying a live one each year at the local hardware store. We required a narrow tree for our downsized home so chose the Serena spruce; however, because of shipping issues beyond their control, Treetime broke the news that we would likely not receive our tree in time for Christmas (we should've made our decision earlier!). Then we got a call from Bobby who informed us that our tree had in fact made it to their warehouse by truck instead of by rail, and we got the tree in a surprisingly short time. The high quality and lifelike appearance suits our needs perfectly and we know we will be able to display the tree for years.

Great customer service. The Tannenbaum tree I received is heavily flocked and the pictures I saw online were not representative of the amount of white there is on the tree. It did not twinkle but representatives shipped me some bulbs to change out myself to make it twinkle. They blink more than twinkle. It is different than I expected but it is a pretty tree and I am keeping it.

Took me 15 minutes to put up, didn’t need a lot of fluffing. Easy, easy, easy and most of al beautiful.

Thanks sooo much for sending our perfect lighted Christmas tree. After sixty years of big live trees, it was time to downsize and give away our treasured ornament collection to our children and grandkids to keep. We weren’t sure how we would feel but our decision was the best for us. We very much enjoyed our beautiful little tree and were sad to put it away when the season ended. Thanks for your help. I don’t know anything about Treetime other than this eCommerce transaction. My experience was quite good, however. I ordered a remote control unit that looked to be a direct replacement for the the one that came OEM with a Balsam Hill tree I purchased ten years ago. It came within a week and worked flawlessly.

Attempted to return a tree prior to the deadline and was never given the return number I needed to do so. The policy says you must have that number or the dock will not accept shipment. Their passive behavior prevented me from being able to return my item.

The quality of the tree is phenomenal and your customer service is the same!

Tree was exactly as described. Took a little time to fluff, but looked great. This tree was much better than one I purchased and returned from that nationally advertised company and it was half the price.

I had a great experience with Treetime. I ordered several trees in different sizes. They are all lovely and easy to assemble. I will definitely be doing business with them again.
