I bought the rustic alpine and it is a little wobbly. Other than having to make some minor adjustments, I am overall pleased with this tree. The soft white lights are beautiful. I’ve decided to leave it up all year because it really doesn’t seem like a Christmas tree.

I have wanted a tree that looks like a real silver tip. This tree is it! I have been getting compliments on it every day, Very lifelike! I would not hesitate to order it again.

Having ordered a tree in September - and being clearly informed initially that it would arrive the last week of November - I was impressed and pleased with the constant updates I received on the shipping progress, and unfortunately, the delay. As a result, customer service worked with me to get a tree that was in stock, had it shipped the same day as my call, received in 3 days, and the tree is now up and looks great. While I understand the frustration some reviewers have expressed due to a once-in-a-lifetime situation, I found all interactions with Treetime staff to be professional and totally honest due to the circumstances.

Tree was MUCH smaller than expected in every way. Definitely good quality, but not worth over 600 dollars.

I am updating this review because I inappropriately gave an emotional one star review due the tree I ordered being late for Christmas because of the logjam of international supply. Since that time customer service has shown nothing but kindness and competence in getting us a very acceptable alternate tree. I could not have asked for better and more friendly service and the company deserves the five star rating I am giving now. Sorry Customer Service. That first rating was wrong and I appreciate your efforts on our behalf!

It may seem odd that I'm giving a five-star review even though I had to cancel my order due to delivery issues. There were uncontrollable factors that caused the delay. What was excellent was the communication of the situation and updates that allowed me to cancel my order with enough time to make alternate arrangements. The product and price were very appealing. Given the level of service I have no doubt that the tree would have been beautiful. Treetime deserves to be lauded for the regard they show their customers.

Customer service is among the best. Although we aren’t getting the tree we ordered in time for Christmas (wasn’t delivered to them-not their fault) Joanne was very pleasant, explained everything very well to me. Most companies do not realize the importance of customer service these days and to have a company with exemplary service is heartwarming.Thank you, Joanne.

All in all, very pleased. Very realistic, very easy to assemble, but even with extensive “fluffing” of branches, there were a few bare spots that I addressed with florist wire to raise lower heavier branches up to cover the bare spots. Also, note to others: I didn’t need the extension pole to raise the tree off the floor. The lower boughs were already 8-9 in. above the floor without the extension pole. In fact, I wish the lower boughs were a bit lower; there’s a lot of pole exposed even with a tree skirt hiked up as high as it’ll go.

I am very pleased with the tree--a 3 1/2 ft tree that has 100 lights is just adorable! The lights are very evenly distributed and the ornaments that I place on the tree look and hang beautifully. The tree is very like.

This was first time ordering from Treetime. We have bought artificial trees in the past with very good luck. I couldn’t find quite what I wanted from our previous vendor. I checked into other sources. After some extensive reviews of different sites I chose Treetime. It arrived as scheduled and went up after Thanksgiving. We are very happy with the service and quality of the tree. It is a mere 7 1/2 feet but, looks beautiful!

With the shipping crisis at hand, Joanne did a wonderful job saving Christmas. Our tree had not come in but she was able to get us something better. Tree is up and family is happy, happy, happy.

I know it’s not tree time’s fault but I ordered my tree on Oct 3rd and it said I would receive it in November. I called at the end of November and they said December 6th. On December 1st I called again and my tree was pushed to December 12th. I canceled my order because that’s just not acceptable and who knows if it would have even arrived on the 12th. The staff was friendly but when I asked for some kind of a discount on my tree ( that I would have to save until next Christmas) they told me they couldn’t because it wasn’t there fault. I understand it’s not there fault but I still needed a tree for Christmas so I had to go buy another one.

I ordered a Christmas tree to use this year, however I just found out that Treetime is selling merchandise that they do not actually have. I was informed that my tree has not arrived (stuck in Port) and that they where sorry but it was not their fault. How can it not be their fault? Nowhere on their website do they post a warning that there could be a long delivery delay or that they actually don’t have their trees in stock at all. Not really an honest way to run a business.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a tree over a week ago and have received no status update other than for the original order. I have emailed, called, left messages and even reached out on Instagram, to no avail. Treetime, please respond! If I need to get a tree elsewhere it would be nice to know before Christmas! Reply: I am happy to share a call log and screenshots of my messages via email and Instagram. The voicemail I left was on the treetime voicemail box. No one ever answers. Please confirm your email so I can provide this evidence.
