This is the second time I have used Travel Visa Pro to get my Chinese visa after moving away from a city where there was a consulate office. Since I have applied for a visa a dozen times, I did not need the extra services; however, TVP still assigns someone to assist you in compiling the required materials and for shipping the documents. The turnaround time is about four weeks, so I always plan early. This year, the price of the service went up $50 for the basic service, but the cost of the service and shipping still falls just under $200, well worth it to avoid the expense of doing it in person (for now!).

The initial phone conversation was very nice and convincing, but things changed after the processing agent took over. Kysha was the person handled my case. Her slow response on email, missing info, typo, and incorrect address delayed visa processing. I also rec'd 2 confusing Fedex infos and with delivery delay has made me worried as my passport was in the package. Thanks god, i rec'd my passport and visa before I leave for my trip.
