I consider myself very good at paperwork, but when applying for a China travel visa, they are very particular. I tried on my own and it was rejected for minor errors. The latest situation...looking forward to visiting China but could not take advantage of the 'transit visa' requirements. Thus, to visit Shanghai, we'd need an actual visa. Uggghhhh. Contacted TV Pro, spoke with Vytautus in Houston with many questions. He was polite, knowledgeable and had all the answers that I needed and he assured me that getting visas for my wife and myself was not a problem with only 3 weeks lead time. Lo and behold, everything that 'Vytau' told us was true. After completing the online application and submitting the required documents, we now have our visas for China. Total time from order placement (1/30) to having the visas 'in hand' by FedEx delivery (2/11). Simply, that is incredible. I think that they can perform even quicker, if needed. The complete visa process was seamless and we were informed of each step in the progression. I was never even worried for a moment. My wife and I extend our sincerest appreciations for all the work that Vytau and his associates performed on our behalf. I tried to navigate the visa process on my own, and using Travel Visa Pro saved me a trip to Chicago (5 hours round trip) to present the documents in person. Further, they were able to vet the submission and ensure if there were defects, they could cure them prior to submission. Finally, even though we did not ask for expedited service, the entire process only took 10 days, and this included two weekends. Very happy with the results and the price was less than had I spent the time and money to try and do this on my own.

OK, did I get what I paid for? Yes. I got my rush passport in time for my trip. But I didn't get it until hours before my flight, by driving to a FedEx pickup site to have it in time. I was clearly told I would get it delivered one or two days before and when I started contacting TVP to inquire when it got close there was no response to texts or web site inquiries and brush off by phone. When it got down to the wire they did start communicating again, told me the delay was because of a monthly training day at the passport office (if true, why didn't they count that in their time initial estimate?), and helped me figure out where to pick it up. But overall the bad time estimate, poor response, and subsequent days of stress and uncertainty lead me to this score.
Fast reliable service. Chinese visa. They pay attention to detail and answered questions. Easy to upload documents. I sent the paperwork to them on Tuesday. They received it on Wednesday. And the Visa was approved on Thursday. Expedited service worked nicely. I have another visa to get and will surely give them a call.it was worth the money to not have to stand in line twice at the visa office.
