The visa was secured quickly, which I really appreciated. I had a really tight timeline and my passport was not returned to me by my requested time. Thankfully I noticed that my passport was being sent to the wrong city before it was sent. Gratefully, I received my passport 90 minutes before going to the airport.

I applied for Chinese tourist visas on behalf of my mom and brother. Having done this for myself years ago, I knew what needed to be done and how to have everything correct. The reason we went through this business was so we didn't need to travel down to San Francisco from Seattle in order to drop off and pick up the passports. We paid for 4 week processing time which was the least expensive but got our passports back within 1.5 weeks of being sent in. Super happy with that! I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for trying to upsell you multiple times. I totally understand this is a business and they should give multiple options for different levels of service. However, even after declining the services (except for the photo service) in the initial questionnaire, when our dedicated person called me to go over everything, he tried to talk me into having them do all the paperwork for an extra fee. I declined again and was asked to acknowledge in writing that they would not be held liable if paperwork was incorrect. Other than that, everything was great! I do recommend this company for facilitating the visa process if you don't have the time to travel to your local embassy/consulate yourself.

I am very pleased with my experience working with Travel Visa Pro. I called the website about 2 weeks ago and got assigned with a travel expert. The person who helped me was Vytautas Spucis who was very responsive and professional. I submitted my paperwork and sent my passport 1 week ago and to my surprise I got my passport with a 10 yr visa yesterday. So it was about 1 week processing. Very happy and will definitely hire them again if I or my family members need help with visa application.
