I think they do a great job working with India. The country seems closed to American tourists since in my state the embassy in San Francisco is locked shut and there isn’t one in Los Angeles - it’s got to be tough. I only wish I had more instructions from your sources on each required form. I feel that if I understood more about what was needed the delays would have been relatively less. Maybe you could make a handout explaining the definitions and why the form is required. My manager hardly does this, and his assistant was learning everything for the first time just like I was. This is my only complaint. Consequently, everything else was great! Thank you.
I found, with 3 weeks to go before flying to the u k, that my passport ,which I hadn’t used in 7 yrs had expired. MAJOR PANIC.. totally unnecessary. All it took was a call to visapro and. everything changed. My agent , Jonas, was so calm, helpful, efficient and reassuring that I thought it too good to be true. Not so . I was walked through the whole process, went to FedEx and 9 days later got a call to say my passport was on its way home ! What an agency, absolutely at the top of their game
Fast, extremely helpful with needs on name change and renewal, good follow up. An error was caught on their end, got a call to clarify. Would use again!
Good job. Ok
Great help and very quick
Arvin was great. Compared to other companies your instructions were much clearer and to the point. You also met a tight window.
They did a great job at getting my passport to me much faster than they promised. I came in on Monday and passport was ready 2 days later!! VERY detail oriented and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is if you’re going into the office set up an appointment and confirm that appointment prior to going. Overall, a great job!!
Excellent service. Confirm.
Efficient, on time, constant updates. Very grateful.
My whole experience with Travel Visa Pro was excellent! Literally saved the day. Turnaround time was amazing, and price was worth it.
As always, another EXTRAORDINARY experience with Travel Visa Pro. Fast, friendly, responsive, knowledgable, professional, reliable, and the absolute best for all visa and passport needs. Thank you for yet another awesome experience!!
Professional, responsive, more affordable than competitors, quick turnaround.
Very positive. Talked me through all of the forms and were there to answer my questions. I did the 4 week return option and I got the passport back within two weeks. Expensive, but worth it.
Great service ! Very professional and reliable
Delivered passport in 4 days. Superb service

Kyra and Lester with TravelPro were very helpful in expediting the process to getting Visa's for our travelers. They made sure I understood what we need to provide. Most of all they were polite and patient. I would confidently refer TravelPro to others
Ultimately, I received my passport within the time that I needed it, which earns TVP at least 3 stars, and I would indeed recommend the service in the end, as long as you're ok with putting in some leg work and a lot of communication. However, I've taken off two stars for reasons related to inconsistency of information, slight unprofessionalism, and misinformation, that made the process much more stressful. You can read about my gripes here: As anyone would probably do before purchasing an expedited service, I inquired about the latest possible date that I would receive my passport, with all delays and shipping times included. The agent I was talking with through the live chat menu assured me that I would receive my passport by the date that I needed it, so I went through with the purchase (for reference, the date I needed it was Oct 13). I continued to inquire about other worries of mine, but was told, rather rudely, that the topic was no longer up for discussion and that we should move on. Eventually my concerns were ironed out and I went through with the purchase. Upon purchasing, I was contacted by a different agent to start the process and walk me through what sorts of documents I would need to prepare. The phone call was low quality and very difficult to understand, but this was resolved by opting for texting rather than phone calling. Anyways, the agent was helpful with my questions regarding the documents, but the information I was given was not consistent with the requirements on the website. I suppose the website needs to be updated to reflect the actual requirements of what needs to be submitted to a passport agency. My first big issue arose when my agent made me an appointment with a passport agency an hour drive away, without my approval, and the biggest thing, scheduled for Oct 14. The 2 week service that I ordered doesn't even begin until the passport agency processes the documents, so I have no idea how or why this appointment was made at such a date. I had to cancel the appointment and bring up my concerns with the agent, where we then scheduled an appointment at the earliest possible time, Oct 2nd. Of course, with the 2 week service in mind, this is still not enough time to receive my passport by the previously assured date of Oct 13th, and the new estimated time was now the 18th. I unfortunately do believe that the agents contacted through the live chat service are more concerned with pushing sales, rather than giving accurate information, as I likely would not have purchased the service if I knew I would not be getting my passport by the 13th. With the new estimated date being Oct 18th, I asked my agent if it would be possible to upgrade the service to a faster one, but it was not possible due to the document processing already beginning. I then requested my shipping to be upgraded from 2 day to priority overnight to help it arrive faster. I was told that it was indeed possible to upgrade the shipping, and that it would cost me an extra $25 dollars. It was only after I requested that it be covered for free, due to the misinformation about date of arrival that it was covered. Throughout the process, my order status portal showed the passport "date needed back" as Oct 13th, and the actual estimated date showed as blank. All was in order, and with the shipping upgraded, the new estimated arrival date, as said by my agent contact, was the 17th. On October 10th, I received a shipping notice from fedex, with tracking that said a package would be arriving on Oct 11. I was confused by this and asked my agent what this was, and he was unsure, telling me that he would get back to me. Long. Story. Short ~ I received my passport on October 11th, two days before the date I needed it by. I don't know what happened, but I assume there is a large disconnect between the team that communicates with customers, and the team that actually processes the passports. I assume they saw the "date needed back," and processed my passport according to that. Until the day my passport arrived on the 11th, my agent and I both were under the impression that it was arriving on the 17th. - confusion, miscommunication, etc... but in the end, I'm happy that I went with TVP.
Kyra made me come back for your service. She is the most qualified and courteous person that I had the pleasure to work with. Thank you Kyra. Giovanni Marradi
Paid for Concierge Service. Instructions were unclear, which required resubmission of documents for trivial reasons. Requested and paid for 5-year visa, but received only one-year without explanation other than "this sometimes happens, we don't know why". Their order system shows my visa as still in process, even though my passport has already been returned. This makes me wonder just how on top of the process they really are.
