It’s been almost a month & I have not received my product. I spent $100.00 on a vest & have not received a single word of communication since I’ve been reaching out for clarity. Nobody has responded to my e-mails. I left 3 voicemails so far Nobody has returned my calls. When I call, nobody answers the phone. This has been very frustrating.

It took over a month to receive 5 vests that I ordered! 1 vest came after 3 weeks, 2 came after another week, and the last 2 came 3 days ago. Why was USPS used instead of fed ex or UPS like before? I mean I did PAY for shipping!
Perfect for what I need it for (dog walking in winter). Excellent weight of soft shell fleece, warm and wind-resistant. Highly visible, very bright with reflective accents.
