Received Authentic EB product early ahead of schedule, however, the vendor neglected to provide a delivery date estimate for the personal soft shell jacket nor delivery transport/tracking information or confirmation for said jacket. Disregarded delivering package to appropriate secure residential package locker.
You double charged me for my order. I call customer service and they told me they would look into the issue and call me back. THEY DIDN’T fix the issue or call me back! I am still trying to get my money back!

Not happy. Finally got through to customer service, we got disconnected. What a surprise !!! Yes , I understand about clearance. Not happy trying to return the rest of the order & Not happy about 18% restock fee. Plus ,,, the shipping fee was ridiculous . I received it quickly but felt forced to pay extra with expedited shipping. Took my chances. Back to speaking to customer service,,, once I got disconnected,, I kept getting DROPPED, trying to reconnect…WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY 🥲

There was no return/or send wrong merchandise in the package. Not only that, but no return label for returning the merchandise.

Recently bought some steel wire mesh face shields. I got them no issues, but kind of was misled by the fact that it was only face shields that I got. In the catalog it appeared the shields came with the headgear. It didn't. When I went back to look, it did say in the fine print that the headgear was sold separate. So, my fault... but that could stated a little more prominently. Other than that, all good.

Loved the quality of the hoodie and pants… hats are nice different on what I was expecting but good quality above all. For sure I will buy more products from here soon. Highly recommended if you need to create your corporate image with their products.

They don’t return “odd” hemmed trousers for example a 33 long. Took almost 3 weeks to get my things and I live in the same country as the company. Don’t recommend it
My daughter is a new nurse and I have been looking for a jacket for her for a couple of months. It was so exciting to finally be able to find this jacket and she loves it. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone, it's truly an excellent purchase.
