Kalley M should be given a metal for BEST Customer Service EVER!!! This is why. My husband needed new work shorts. He swears by "Brand A". They are hard to find but I found them here. I ordered just 2 pair, just to cover, for right now, what my husband needed. I knew that I would need more so I kindly asked for a coupon or some kind of discount for my next order since Brand A are pricey. Kalley M immediately wrote me back with a coupon code. Wow, okay, fantastic! She also noticed that I paid extra for shipping because I needed them quickly. She has several distributors and Brand A wasn't moving too quickly on my order. She suggested Brand B ($9.00 a pair cheaper) just to get them to me on time. Who does that? Who cares enough to check, in this day and age, NO ONE except Kalley M. My husband ended up loving them, I got 6 more pairs for work and she still gave me the discount too! Kalley M gets 10 stars! If the world could do what she did for me then the world would be a fabulous place to live. Hats off to Kalley.

I’ve been purchasing hi vis wear from TSA safety ever since I was introduced 10+ years ago. Prices are always unbeatable but the customer service is what I’d like to focus on. I recently purchased 10 new hi vis t-shirts to last me a couple years. Along with the t-shirts I was also given a rain coat and long sleeve hi vis tee just for being a long time customer. I called to see if it was possible to have my items delivered before Monday since we are expected to have freezing temps that morning. Originally it wasn't going to arrive in time, but I talked to Kim Troupe and she made it happen for us! Our items are set to be delivered on Friday- just in time before the winter storm hits. You sent me the wrong hats. I ordered black, you sent camo. Tried getting the order fixed and nobody would respond to my emails. ~Update~ After my review, I feel like the company did the correct thing.
First of all, I was about to order these pants from another online company, but they had a disclosure about hemming, and other issues that may delay my order. I then did another google search, saw you guys and decided to buy from you. The pants are nice and fit well, but the thing that impressed me the most was the speedy delivery time. When UPS pulled up to my house, I thought that it was a Walmart delivery...when I saw that it was the pants, I couldn't believe it. Apparently the pants were in stock (and hemmed), so the turn around time was incredible. I really did appreciate it.
