Need a better way to inform people that items are on backorder, it did say it but not clearly. I called the day i thought my items would be delivered and was told my items were backordered for 3-4 months, they were however helpful in getting me different items but only after i called them. I am happy with the items though, good quality.

I misjudged the size of the item I ordered and contacted via web site asking how to return. I received an email but it didn't seem to provide all the information the website info page indicated was needed. I tried again to contact via Customer Service Link and got a "no one is here" message in return. This is so frustrating.

rvcd raincoat in 3 days and was exactly what I was looking for my days out in the rain..
I placed an order and there was a problem with the size. I have left 2 messages trying to get a return shipment slip. On the emails I have been sent, it states that this company takes free returns. The returns cannot be free if you do not send a return shipment slip in the package. I just ordered the pants in a larger size and I am waiting for them. This is a ridiculous way to do business. I am not satisfied at all with this company.
