Oven arrived damaged. The installers had to come back due to some electrical upgrade that was needed, but they decided to check the oven first. They explained that they we’re just at a different job where another oven from Trade Depot was damaged - so on a hunch checked ours. Lo and behold it had been damaged in several places!

It went far from well made a point to ask for more details of the sink I was looking at only to be totally misled told it had no waste, the bowl was on the left with the tape hole already drilled so I purchased a waste and P trap to go with the item only to find it was included caused me to spend $25 more than I needed to because I was misled and when I question this was told I had it wrong and you were going to check the listing on your sight and correct if wrong very poor can get that sort of service local,

Excellent service and super fast delivery

Hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. After numerous errors in the ordering process, the first freezer delivered was wrong model and damaged. Had correct freezer delivered (took weeks). Display doesn’t work. Can’t get through on phone. Via email told to complete a warranty form. As far as I’m concerned it is not a warranty issue - the item was faulty to begin with. Keep asking me for the information I’ve already supplied including photos (I’ve literally spent hours and hours). Last email response took a week. Now over a month trying to get a freezer that works. Have had enough and no confidence they will sort this out. Taking legal action.

Well priced panel heater only 3 days from ordering to being fully installed! Very happy!

They delivered the wrong item ,it was not even my name or address on the box that was delivered and it was pointed out to them by my son ,but the driver of the trade depot van wouldn’t listen dropped it and took off and from that point on the service has been terrible, tell you they’ll ring back and don’t will not give any real service and that is if you can even get through to them I was repeatedly put on hold then told I’d have to ring back in an hour ,I have gone through a lot of credit on my phone ,try to email them “ we’ll get back to you in 24/48 hour this is there fast response. Are they using a call centre and no longer have any form of customer service .I will not be shopping there again I will say this is the first time I have experienced this with this company they used to have very good service,it’s a shame they no longer seem to care An up date after finally been allowed to speak to a member of the management team yesterday I got the dishwasher I ordered this morning,after being told I would have to wait two more days. The young man who delivered it was delightful and one of the service team did attempt to help his name is Elace, but when you get a team of people including the service manager tell you they will ring you back and not bother it’s called BAD SERVICE .this was the Hamilton store .

I called the Onehunga store to check if the Induction cooktop I wanted to purchase was in stock at the Onehunga store as their website indicated low stock and no click and collect available, I was told that there was none in stock so i also couldn't come in store to purchase one or order one. So I asked if they could get me one from the Christchurch store as it showed they had some in stock, so they quoted me $187 freight to get it. I looked on trade me and all stores had listings for the model I wanted with $35 freight, so i purchased from the Christchurch listing knowing that they had none in Onehunga and paid the $35 freight. Product arrived 2 days later and tracking showed it was picked up from Onehunga store !!!! Liar liar liar pants on fire.

Quick and easy to order online. Product arrived within 2 days. Vacuum cleaner seems to be of good quality and works well. My second order with Trade Depot and will continue to order through them for good quality products at reasonable prices.

My item was not in stock even though the website showed that it was, i received a tracking number but it couldn't be tracked, no one contacted me to let me know and I waited over a week before they finally replied to my email. This was one of the most disappointing services I have ever received, the communication is very poor and getting the item delivered was bloody impossible, I will never use again or recommend, one of the most terrible buying experiences ever
