We made an order and within a week it was out for delivery. Delivery came in 2 different trucks. First truck missed quite a few items off the delivery however it was immediately rectified. If you order a bunch of stuff (ie we ordered a whole kitchen delivery) be prepared to go through each item/boxes as theres quite alot and its not grouped together. Overall good experience and Vikas from Trade Depot is super knowledgable and helpful. We dealt with him for the bathroom also and when you order items hes quick to pick up if you've missed something thats needed for the install!

Ordered replacement dishwasher which incidentally was at an excellent price. Expected to be waiting a few days for delivery from Auckland to Whangarei however delivered the very next day. Even received an update when the driver was just about to arrive! Stand out service. Happy Customer.

Recently we purchased a upright freezer and while it has performed great upon delivery there was noticeable damage to one side of the box, it looked ok out of the box and Trade Depot has been contacted and offered us a $70 gift voucher, which was a nice thank you.
