Ordering the items online was easy enough, however when it came to attempting to get in touch with an ETA of my order I was unable to contact Trade Depot’s customer service team.

Very poor quality. No tech support on products. I'm an electrician. DO NOT BUY THIS STUFF. ESPECIALLY THE OVENS. it is extremely poor quality and the connections are a fire hazard. There is nobody to talk to in tech support. I repeat. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS.

I found what I wanted online then went to the warehouse to make sure it was what I wanted. I then took the item code to the counter where I paid and went and picked up at the collection depot. All very efficient and easy

From start to finish our experience with Trade Depot was fantastic. Easy to use website, great deal with free delivery. Messages and updates the whole way right through including the two men who updated us prior to delivery. Very happy with the product! We will be back.
