I had a problem with two hp cartridges, talked to Steph and she could not have been more helpful. Told me to do a print out of usage and send it to her. Got replacements FOC and sent faulty ones back for her to deal with with regards to her supplier (hp). Thank you Steph.

Arrived quickly. Not used yet as I bought them as back up. Last ones still going well with no issues unlike other replacement brands.

Just ordered a toner cartridge from TonerGiant.co.uk ordered using PayPal which used an old address (changes long time ago) Phoned them up, spoke to young lady call Steph, what can I say, straight away sorting my issue out, changed address no problem, hats off to you gays, really professional service, super friendly staff. Ordered a Brother toner cartridge 1200 page for £75.00 I was sent in error a Drum mechanism. I had no idea until I opened it that it wasn't an ink Toner Im told you opened it you keep it no Refunds Avoid rude unpleasant call

Ordered Brother waste toner box late Afternoon, it was the cheapest price I could find on the net taking into account delivery charges. Toner Giant offered free delivery. Normally free delivery means 2 or 3 day wait, not with TG it was next day delivery and it arrived early afternoon. Superb service will definitely be using them again and recommend them to friends and family.

We needed this toner urgently. It didn't arrive and we subsequently discovered that the delivery driver claimed to have twice tried to deliver it but couldn't. This is an office. It is always open during office hours and he tried to delivery around the middle of the day both times. The toner was then sent back to yourselves. Very disappointing.

So pleased I was asked “how did we do” Placed my order, received confirmation and then waited and waited……. On checking with Customer Services I was then glibly advised it had been dispatched via ParcelForce despite being aware of industrial action!! When queried I was then told that it wasn’t all depots so fingers crossed my area would be ok!!! Safe to say I won’t be ordering from this Company again!

Order received next day which was a Saturday, and I had not requested a Saturday delivery (premium cost). SO very pleased with the efficiency
