I purchased HP compatible 410A Black Toner. Each time I print I get black splotches over each print copy. I CANNOT recommend this product.
I'd like to give a thumbs-up for this company. I thought I had malfunctioning cartridge, and they couldn't have been more apologetic or quicker off the mark in sending me a replacement. The story doesn't end there, however, as I subsequently discovered that the issue was user error, nothing to do with the cartridge. I emailed Josh at TG with a mea culpa explanation, offering either to return the replacement or pay for it and keep it in readiness for when I needed it. He said to keep it with their compliments, over-generous considering it was my mistake. No prizes for guessing where I'll be buying stock in the future, though I should point out that I don't print a lot of material, hence it certainly wasn't a case of doing a favour to a customer who spends a ton of money with the company. It's good to know you can get John Lewis-level customer service from businesses with slightly less brand recognition!
One of the three toners was faulty (black powder leaked out, error message and then eventually showed at only 20% capacity). Customer services slow to respond.
I ordered some toner, which I needed urgently, so paid an extra £30 for Saturday delivery. They use DPD as their courier. No delivery on Saturday (when I had made arrangements to be at home), attempted on Monday when I was not in, stayed in today for delivery between 15.20-16.20. at 17.20 still no delivery. the tracking showed the driver was stationary and then I got the message that they won't deliver today. I had email exchange with Josh at Toner giant Customer service, but he was unable to contact the driver or do much to assist apart from refund the £30. all I wanted was toner, in a hurry. next time I'll use Amazon, at least they have a good logistics service.
Cartridges were delivered super fast and worked without any issues.

Can’t really fault the service. I was looking to replace the toner in my printer so looked online. This website came up first and the prices were reasonable compared to other sites. I decided to go with this company because the toner arrived the next day, so very prompt service, reasonable price and I shall certainly be using them again. The quality of the ink is absolutely fine too.

Order was placed easily and delivery came on the Monday, I would have given 5 stars but one of the cartridges were damaged and the Cyan went all over me but you arranged for delivery and collection which occurred the next day.

We have bought toners and drums from Toner Giant for many years and never had a problem – until now. We ordered 2 Samsung toners on Tuesday 19th December, and were told delivery would be on Thursday 21st, we needed them before Christmas. When they had not arrived on Friday 22nd I chased and was told “sorry we have overlooked your order and will send it out immediately” – to arrive after the holiday. I asked for a Saturday delivery and was told “no” despite being a loyal customer for years. On 25th – yes on Christmas Day - I was sent an email saying the toners are out of stock and will be sent “very soon” Naturally I cancelle and bought elsewhere. An example of very poor and inefficient service. We will not use Toner Giant again.
I had a problem with a toner I ordered and the printer not recognising it. I telephoned and spoke to Steph who sent me an email with a fix, which unfortunately did not cure my problem but said if this didnt work then they would send a replacement. I found Steph very helpful with suggestions and solutions. fantastic customer service and would have no hesistation in using them again
Would I use again: No. Ordered two toners. Sent by different couriers.1st to arrive was wrong one. I have to pay for return. That alone will send me to Amazon. Waiting to get return label and then hopefully a refund. You can see why people stick with Amazon even if you pay a little more.
Firstly, Tonergiant had the product I needed for my aging Brother HL-2170W printer. Secondly, their website was easy to navigate. Thirdly, the unit price was competitive and lastly, next day delivery. What's not to love. I will be using Tonergiant for all my future toner/printer requirements. Highly recommended.

Ordered one black and one multi pack ink replacement cartridge. It came in two separate delivery’s one with Royal Mail who seem to be able to find and letter box and post the package. The second delivery service seemed to have a problem using the letter box so would not leave the package. After speaking to a very unhelpful person at Toner Giant they now have to refund me for the second parcel because you need to be there to except it. I find the whole experience unbelievable. Please could you answer the following questions. 1. Why do you send two small items to the same address in two separate packages and two different delivery services? 2. Why was I told that it’s their policy for customers to have to be there to except delivery’s when one seemed to have no problem posting through the letter box?
