I waited for a HP compatible ink to come into stock and sadly couldn’t risk running out … I ordered the HP version and it arrived quickly saving the day!

We had a new printer delivered and I inadvertently ordered the wrong cartridges. We realised this 7 weeks later when we wanted to replace one of the toners. My error, and I appreciate that. However, having asked if I could return and order the correct ones, bearing in mind these are £698 orders, I was told there was a 20% restocking fee costing me £139.00! So, instead of securing all of my future business, they have now lost all of my business.

Ordered some inks from TG on the 24th Aug and had to contact them on Saturday the 4th of September for an update on this order - TG made contact on the 7th of Sept stating that the package had been delivered on the 25th of Aug and left in a Safe Place which we knew nothing about. Further more we never instruct any supplier to leave any package in a Safe Place as we live on a busy street where a Safe Place is not guaranteed. We are here 24/7 - so cannot understand why the Courier felt the need to leave the package in a Safe Place without our knowledge. The delivery process is simple! Knock the front door, we will answer within 15 secs or less, Courier to snapshot the package by the open door as Proof of Delivery. OR Leave a calling card in the Post Box situated right next to main door to indicate that a package has been left in a Safe Place! Plain & Simples! No doubt the inks are fine but certainly let down by a very poor delivery service on this occasion.

With the order confirmation I was promised delivery by 6pm the following day. This was repeated in the tracking information contained in an email. Did the item arrive as promised? No, it didn’t. I spent the whole day inside waiting for FedEx to arrive with the order and had to eschew work in the garden as a result. Am I likely to order from Tonergiant again? You have to be joking.

I was impressed by the efficiency and kind help I received in finding my toner. Five stars!

Returned an item at my cost as I ordered the wrong item in error. However they refused to refund it even though the item was sealed and unused and returned to them in the same condition that it arrived at my office. Very poor customer service I shall go back to using Cartridge Save much better customer service offered and generally cheaper too.
