Hi Tinhat were very helpful and easy to use to register my new phone to switch from my old out of use phone with no issues.i just needed basic info about the phobe such as a proof of purchase and imei number.

I had taken out this Insurnace for my husband’s phone, since 2019 no problems so far and told be that they would be reducing the DD by £1.00 which makes a difference but as he has brought a new phone it’s £8.99 which still is not bad.

I took out this Mobile Phone Insurance for my son. I have had no problems, just had to cancel as he has now got a different phone.

I think the tinhat they were really helpful and they given me information about my insurance and they really helpful change my payment date etc they given me right information and date and how much think so poilte to me and letting me know by email

Smooth, efficient, professional customer service from Avtar today when I called to make amendments to my policies. All done in one phone call as he was prepared to wait for accompanying ID documents to arrive by email whilst on the call. He's a credit to you TinHat!! Thanks :)

I had a gadget policy and had changed device so wanted to make an amendment to it. In reply to my query as to procedure, extra cost etc. I was told my policy had been cancelled last July and that I’d need to start from scratch with a new policy. I was convinced that I’d renewed it. Thankfully I hadn’t had to make a claim! I checked my paperwork and bank details and found I had indeed renewed the policy and I emailed to advise of this. The man who’d given me the incorrect information forwarded my correspondence to Avtar Singh who arranged my policy last year and he who sorted everything out at the drop of a (tin) hat. He restored my faith in the company. Thanks Avtar.
