Imagine the experience you get so often now of dealing with an AI bot or someone who doesn’t really understand what they’re doing and doesn’t really care about solving their customer’s problem- now imagine the exact opposite of that and you’ll find it at The Phone Shop. These people genuinely are good at their jobs and seem to come at everything from the perspective of doing the best thing for the customer - my phone died completely after water damage and after a lot of work they were able to rescue everything of value from it, which was a brilliant outcome. I’m very unlikely to go anywhere else in Bristol for phone problems.

Can’t rate these guys highly enough. They are honest, professional and thorough. I wish I didn’t have to visit the shop quite so often ;) but they are always welcoming and sort out cracked screens, broken batteries and general questioning (!) with fab efficiency.

This is the third visit to TPS over the past three years and each time they are honest and trustworthy with great advice. Broken screen sorted within the hour. Two years ago they helped retrieve all my comms and I was so grateful for their support.

I want to say that the fancy colourful holder Shane in the Phone Shop glos Rd got me solves all my problems eg on holding the thing ! Esp. in bed listening to bbc sounds ! AND I can do this and safely fall asleep without it falling to the floor or being too close to my head .... I can also now see the mobile a lot more easily AND it looks brill and cheerful ! Yeeeaay 😁🎶🎵🎶🎉 It has a slipout ring on the back to put a finger thru to hold it without hitting a button and switching it off ! I can even see where the buttons are ! - IF you are not a young gen z or someone out and about a lot you don't get a chance to find out things like this exist so I am doing a review on how fab it is... But as far as the Shop goes , they were brill from start to finish telling me about it and ordering a nonstandard size one in ,in the colour I wanted - really cared. Texted me when it came in ( early ).. ...good service . YET AGAIN my mobile problem SOLVED . I might even get to like the thing ....🤣🤣🤣🤗🤣

I have used the The Phone Shop a number of times for screen and battery replacements. Staff are welcoming, professional and always give accurate timescales for the repair. They give a great 5 star service.

Had some repaired done to my phone charging point and as always, superb service. I would never go anyhwre else, as I trust tis guy 100 %. What more can I say, 10/10!
