After spending 4 hours in Nottingham today and 2 mobile phone shop experts failing to fix the issue over several hours; I was astounded when Kim at PhoneShop UK 517 Woodborough Road, Mapperley Nottingham NG3 5FR just fixed it. I had taken another phone to get it unlocked and he offered to have a look, fixing it straight away (15 minutes). Apart from being totally overwhelmed with his service, absolutely everything about my experience with Kim at The Phone jShop was OUTSTANDING.

Excellent customer service and no charge for cleaning out the connector in the phone, which of course was the problem in the first place(No Charge to the phone that is, OK maybe that's funnier in my head!) Anyway would use them again in a heart beat...
