Massive shoutout for the guys at The Phone Shop on Gloucester Road! My daughter took her iphone to them this afternoon at around 3pm with a catastrophically broken screen, totally unuseable. Within less than an hour she had a fully functioning phone, cleaned, with a brand new screen guard added, all for a brilliant price. Can't fault these guys, their work is fantastic and all guaranteed. I haven't gone anywhere else for years, and they surpassed expectations today 😊

I went in the shop today to buy a phone, I'm not technically minded so asked if all my info and apps can be transferred, which Jack did with expertise, set it up ready to use, answered any questions I had, nothing was too much trouble. I have got one word for this shop and the staff, amazing, I will use the shop again whenever the need arises and recommend to all my friends. Thank you

This was my 4th visit to TPS and as usual very polite and excellent service received. This time, my phone would not charge. It turned out that a bit of paper or fluff had got lodged in the socket and wouldn’t allow the charging plug to insert fully. They did the repair for free and would not accept any payment! In the past 3 visits, I’ve had a camera, a battery and a screen replaced. Each time, very fast and excellent service. I cannot recommend them enough. David

My old S7 phone was about to die on me and Jack and Zach were simply brilliant to do business with. I am no phone techie in fact useless and they sorted me out a refurbed phone and were just so honest and so friendly - one of the best retail experiences in Bristol. They are superb at what they do - 10/10 and my 'go to' for my phone queries.

I literally cannot rate these guys enough, the dynamic between Zacc, Shane and Jack is spot on. I’ve been taking mine and my Partners devices to TPS now for a few years and on every occasion they have gone above and beyond to sort out the issue. We’ve just upgraded our iPad after much deliberation on what to do, the team made sure we were well informed on our options and prices and assisted in getting everything sorted when we took the plunge to upgrade. Honestly I would not go anywhere else in Bristol now for my repairs. Thanks to all three of you for top class service

Phone died suddenly and tried everything, but it was gone due to water damage. I was desperatly looking for a quick replacement, and after shopping around these guys are THE BEST. Jack was so helpful, went through all the options in my budget, and showed me the different models, explaining everything, and no hard sales tactics. Just honest. BONUS - The phone comes immaculate, with a free screen protector (installed) and a charging plug/cable (was even offered a free sim pin) AND a 12 month warranty. Packaged up, wrapped. perfect. Went in as post office had said they'd print a label for me...which they did and sellotaped it to my parcel and were generally kind, courteous and helpful. Asked a question about recycling old mobiles and the chap offered to buy it from me! Such lovely and genuine people.
