I'd smashed the screen and digitiser on my S5 and was led to understand it would be a tricky fix because it's a rare version of the phone. I called TPS to see if they could help and they said no problem, pop into the shop. They had the parts in stock and made my phone as good as new within the hour! So far it works perfectly. Very friendly, knowledgeable and and helpful guys. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks again!

I took my Sony in for a new screen. It was a tricky job but they managed to crack it in the end. Excellent timescales and customer service. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I am usually very accurate with my gadgets but having my iPhone dropped recently (totally unresponsive screen and weird black and white stripes all over it), I thought I am in need of a good repair company. The Phone shop has come with some good reviews online and location was convenient too so I thought I’d give it a go. To be honest, hearing some dreadful stories about phones being totally screwed or repair fees being ridiculous I went there with mixed feelings… and boy, I am so glad I did! Reception lady was very friendly and efficient both in terms of diagnostics (she immediately was able to identify that no inner sensors were damaged but screen just needs to be replaced) as well as filling up a basic questionnaire on general condition of the phone and any previous repairs done. They also didn’t charge me in advance as they wanted to make sure first they can fix the problem (which I believe is very good practice) and they did tell me the exact time the phone will be ready for collection (which again is great as I had a very busy day and just could not sit around waiting). Best part it was fixed the very same day! My work/ life/ shedule is all in my phone (as I guess for the most of us) so it was a big relief to know no data was lost, it can be sorted and sorted quick. So I left it with them at 10am and it was done by 2pm. Brilliant! Charge was reasonable, considering they only use authentic Apple parts for repair. I was also able to pick up a spare phone charger slightly cheaper than the official retailer’s price (a nice bonus). The telephone was working like clock since and looked clean too (I am not sure but it felt like they might give it a bit of clean...? : ) Anyway, I am one happy customer and trust me, I don’t regularly give 5 stars but seems like this small, family run business DOES value their customers and reputation. I hope they will stay the same way as I had few experiences previously as once great company let itself down with poor customers service later. Keep on doing great work guys and thanks again for top service.

Very honest service. I booked my phone in for a new screen which they had to order in specifically. Turns out it was just my screen guard which was broken so they sent me on my way without charge. Didn't even laugh at me too much!

I went from having a very dead, very broken phone to one that looks and runs like a brand-new iphone 6 in about an hour and a half. Service was really great and the cost of fixing the phone was unmatched by any other Bristol services. I will always return here in future if and when I need repairs doing.

A very good service. When I came in with my phone they very quickly identified the issue, quoted the price and highlighted possible issues with the repair. The repair took the exact amount of time they estimated it would and they were very prompt in letting me know when it was fixed. As they had identified at the beginning, because of a dent in the frame of my phone, the new screen I needed wouldn't sit quite in place but they have told me they can easily reset it if there are future issues. This plus the 3 month warranty, their willingness to hold onto my phone longer until i could come to collect it and the fact that my phone works great again mean I am a very happy customer.
