Everything from start to finish was Exceptional. Caring, empathetic, thoughtful and above all listened to the family wishes. Also gave us time when needed. Cannot fault anything and my father's funeral was also conducted by Carrells, Havant.
Very professional, but sympathetic to our families needs. A beautiful place to go a visit loved ones, the grounds are immaculate...a very peaceful place to sit and reflect.

Wonderful place so pieceful.
I felt very well looked after, as we were having our own Pianist, she was able to have a practice first at another time to sort out the music and practice the readings, that was very helpful. At the service every thing went very smoothly. Thank you.

To have the window wall behind the celebrant gives people an opportunity to distract from the sorrow of the service, the abundance of wildlife was amazing and made the whole thing more bearable.

Excellent venue and staff
My Sister and I were made to feel very welcome and at ease on our initial visit. The room for the service is lovely with views out to the landscaping. We were able to make the service personal which I really appreciated. The driveway to the crematorium is confusing now, as it is shared with a housing estate which is rather peculiar.

Lovely wide window with great view out the back . Modern setting . Good sound system and visual screen . Well organised alongside the funeral directors we used.
