The surroundings are lovely, especially when the service is being done, you look out to the greenery and nature. Everything is modern and not old and plenty of seating.

We had a joint funeral service for my parents. The crematorium staff were wonderful in accommodating what is probably quite a rare occurrence. Everything went smoothly and the livestream worked well.

This Oaks is a beautiful place the setting is serene and calm, the views into the gardens were tranquil. The Celebrant Hayley carried out a truly emotional service that celebrated my Husbands life. The photos displayed and the music we chose were as we wanted, the music was the versions requested and the volume was just right. Everything went well and we as a family cannot express enough thanks to the Oaks for making this a wonderful tribute. The staff were so kind and caring on this emotional day. My dearest family and friends were able to remember my husband with love and respect as my husband went forward on his final journey. The Oaks Team could not have done anything better. Thank you from my family and friends

From arrival at the crematorium for the service the flow of the service was seamless. The loop of pictures showed a snapshot of her from being a baby in her Mother's arms to being a very elderly grandmother who could still have a cheeky smile on her face. At the end of the service I felt that I was given enough time to reflect on what had just happened without feeling rushed. Albeit a very small gathering of people who knew her I still didn't feel rushed. Thank you for everything you did for her/me. The prompt return of her ashes to the funeral directors was amazing.

A marvellously light Chapel with views of the gardens, birds and animals. Good Music system and an aura of peace. Unhurried service. Brilliant Vicar in Michael Tristram, and a very sympathetic process provided by Grady's the undertakers.

The crematorium building is beautifully set with it's llarge windows overlooking an area where there were squirrels an birds in abundance giving a very calming atmosphere. The picture we chose was displayed in two places making it visible to island the music was played at a suitable volume whenever it was expected. All in all a peaceful place to be on such a sad occasion.
