The crematorium is a beautiful building in a really lovely setting. It makes a very difficult day a little bit easier because you are able to look at the wildlife through the picture window. Everything was so beautiful enabling us to give my husband a fitting sendoff.

Our event went seamlessly and all of our guests expressed their positive feelings about it. The setting and specically, the 'natural' backdrop is especially loved by all. Thank you all for your consideration on this sad occasion.

As I am not normally a funeral celebrant I needed to familiarise myself with the space and workings in advance. I was able to have a simple guided tour a week beforehand and then on the day everything worked smoothly: music, pictures and unobtrusive support.

I’ve never been to a service here before but it met all my expectations when I came for my husbands funeral. It was a light, peaceful place to be, big windows with lovely view of greenery and birds. Music, slides, audibility, all good. Plenty of room for guests to gather. A good memory to store away.

Can grief generate happiness? The loss of a beloved daughter with profound learning problems could be overwhelming. But. We were supported every step of the way. And the occasion turned out to be a joyous one. The Oaks is a fabulous building, the sun shone thru the glass with a garden full of bluetits. Having feared the idea of a funeral I now found myself full of wonderful memories with loving friend. Thank you Os for the respect!
