I find the pricing confusing. Never sure how much things will be as tax added at checkout. Is there tax added to supplements?

Excellent book which I purchased from NHP. Many years ago I was a patient of Dr Marilyn Glenville and have seen her at seminars - very knowledgable on most subjects and I am finding her book on Osteoporosis invaluable!

I placed an order and my card was charged on February 18, 2021 and it is now March 17, 2021 but I haven’t even received shipping information.
I have not received my order!
I still do not understand why the pills arrive in jars covered in non recyclable plastic ? I have mentioned this so many times and no one seems interested . Also unless you specifically ask the bottles are sent in more plastic , polystyrene shapes. Maybe writing this review will make them do something about it . If I could find another supplier with paper labels I would .

I like the products, and delivery is usally quick and accurate, but I find ordering from the website somewhat difficult.The discount offered doesn't seem to be fully applied; logging in is very slow; no Paypal option offered, even though the logo is on the checkout page. It is very difficult to distinguish what is in each supplement package and which price applies to which package
