I ordered supplements with NHP online and although I received one confirmation of order email, I was debited twice on my credit card for the same amount. This is unsatisfactory. It was my first time of ordering online and will be my last. I am in the process of trying to get a refund for the erroneous debit.
I have known Marilyn Glenville for over twenty years and have taken my son to see her along with other family members. There is no one like her. The girls also at the practice have always been most helpful.

NHP provide an efficient service. On this occasion I bought a book, it was easily accessed, had a good summary of its content. No fuss experience!
I ordered two tests. I was told that the results may take seven weeks. Three months later I am still waiting. I have e-mailed them, rung them and e-mailed again. when I rang I was told that someone would contact me but no-one has. No-one has replied to my e-mails. Do not trust them.
Clicked thru from a link in their email, was relatively straightforward to order what I wanted.

I am living in United States, this is by far the worst purchasing experience that I have ever went through. There is essentially no customer services at all until now. To start with, I asked a question about their international shipping via their online form but did not receive any response after 40 hours. 2ndly, there is no place on their website to input your keywords to search. 3rdly, I registered many time through there webpage with nothing but fails. it seems like they are not accepting new registrations. And 4thly, there is no estimated shipping information available before and even after you pay the money. There isn’t any confirmation email to confirm that they have received my order. Those confirmation email could have been automatically generated without any human intervening. As the result, until now I still don’t know when my order is going to be shipped out and when it’s going to be arrived. Very bad purchasing experience!
