When you order you can speak to a qualified Nuititionist/Pharmacist if there is a problem or you need some help. Delivery is very fast, usually within 1-2 days depending on what time of the day you place your order.
Products very good, however, some difficulty trying to add to order, (which, if successful meant I wouldn't have had to pay delivery charge!)

I've tried a large variety of protein powders and none compare to One World Whey. The taste is fantastic (vanilla), it's the only protein powder I can say that I LOVE to drink, so much so that I use it as a snack. I have also gotten stronger by using One World Whey in combination with weight lifting and calisthenics. Great stuff!
I really think the products and information from the Natural Health Practice are top notch. They have good quality supplements and a lovely skin care range. I have used NHP's 'Black Cohosh" supplement. I felt better from the first day that I started taking it. I am confident in using their products without having any allergic reactions, because it is completely free of any grain products, including corn. When an order was lost in the post, they kindly and quickly sent me a replacement order.

I order a large quantity of tablets that come as a discount package. My main irritation is the difference in the numbers of tablets in each bottle which means that I end up with a lot more tablets of one kind and run out of the others. This may not be relevant to this questionnaire but it is an annoyance. The tablets are very expensive and so I like to avail myself of the discount when ordering a package of tablets - hence the problem of excess numbers of one of the tablets. I would appreciate it if all the bottles could contain equal numbers of tablets but have been told by the NHP that this is not possible.

Surprised that the goods only filled half the bottle. There were no size options available on the website. So far this is the only follow up mailing I have received, which is good. If have found other sellers bombard me with literature via email and the post forever.
