I recently started taking "Sleep Support" capsules from Natural Health Practice. I discovered the product after many frustrating years of insomnia, and trying all sorts of remedies recommended by friends and family. I'm now in my second week of the capsules, and I have had better sleep than I can ever remember - 7 hours without waking up - just wonderful. I can really recommend NHP, and will be looking at which other of their natural products can benefit my life.
